Weapon Question!

Hey all

I fancy me a Destroyer Scythe, but since i dont have Eye of the North yet, im gonna have to get a freind to make it for me. my question is -

If you make a weapon at a weaponsmith, is it customised to your character?

Nope, it won't be customized if you craft it.
