Background
Sorcerers and Sorceresses that act solely on instict, impulse, and base emotion. Always the most cunning and creative in whatever room they are. They use emotional outbursts of power called surges to damage their enemies and emotional outbursts of defensive power called charges which increase their abilities. The more powerful ones are normally reckless or unstable mentally.

Max Focus- Instable Focus (+12 energy, +5 armor while affected by a charge, -2 recieved elemental damage)
Max Armor- 60 (+15 vs. elemental damage, -5% damage from all spells while affected by a charge)
New Stuff
Surge-
an offensive release of pure magic to damage enemies, only used by chaotics. Surges have a passive effect of inflicting 1 point of damage to foes who take damage from a surge.
Charge-
a defesive release of pure magic to boost the chaotic's abilities and armor.
Anger-
this builds up just like adrenaline for warriors, every time you suffer damage. 1 point for one instance.
Attributes
Emotion- (Primary Attribute)
For every point in this attribute, charges and surges recharge 4% faster and surges deal 1% more damage.
Rage-
Includes mostly Surges and spells related to offense.
Spite-
Includes mostly defensive spells and charges.
Passion-
Includes some of the most powerful surges that require anger to use.

Rage Masse- 25 energy 4 cast 60 anger 12 recharge
[Elite Surge] create 10 magically constructed shades at your location. The shades will glide away from you in a circle pattern and disappear after 3 seconds or when they hit a foe. All foes hit by the shades suffer 5...80 cold damage. You lose 5 energy for each foe that takes damage.
Rage
Saddening Strike- 5 energy 1 cast 20 recharge
(Surge) target foe is struck for 5...75 damage. If that foe is casting a spell, that foe is struck for an additional 5...25 damage and that spell is interrupted.
Collection of Pain- 15 energy 2 cast 20 recharge
(Surge) all conditions and hexes are removed from one nearbye ally. For each one, target foe is struck for 5...30 piercing damage (maximum 120).
Explosive Cry- 10 energy 1 cast 20 recharge
[Elite Surge] all foes within earshot are knocked down and are struck for 5...100 lightning damage. If you have more then 10 energy, you gain 5...30 health.
Released Emotion- 5 energy 1/2 cast 24 recharge
(Surge) lose all anger points, target foe is struck for 5 lightning damage for each point lost. (maximum 90 damage).
Rampage- 10 energy 1 cast 12 recharge
[Elite Surge] this causes exhausion. All foes within the area are knocked down and suffer 5...85 blunt damage.
Pain Split- 5 energy 1/2 cast 24 recharge
(Surge) pool your health and target foe's health together, the average of that health is returned to your's and target foe's health meter and the remaining is dealt to that foe as damage. (50% chance failure with Rage of 5 or less).(max of 25 damage from remainder)
Spite
Surging Euphoria- 5 energy 1/2 cast 24 recharge
(Charge) all foes in the area who are casting spells that target you are interrupted. For each foe that was interrupted, you gain 10 health (Maximum 60...75).
Psych- 5 energy 2 recharge
(Charge) for 5...30 seconds, you gain +5 armor. This effect stacks every time you recast Psych (maximum armor from this stacking, +30).
Pulse- 5 energy 1/2 cast 12 recharge
(Charge) foes in the area who are attacking lose 1...4 strikes of adrenaline. Foes who were attacking you are knocked down and lose 1...8 strikes of adrenaline.
Evil Thoughts- 5 energy 2 cast 24 recharge
[Elite Charge] if you are the target of a spell, that spell is interrupted and you steal 5...60 health from all undead creatures and spirits in the area (Maximum 100). If any were destroyed as an effect of this skill, you lose 5 energy for each one.
Barrier of Hatred- 5 energy 1 cast 24 recharge
(Charge) create a barrier of hatred around your location to your area for 5...10 seconds. All allies within the barrier have a 45...75% chance to block incoming attacks. All foes within the barrier suffer -1...3 health degeneration and -1...2 energy degeneration.
Peace- 25 energy 3 cast 12 recharge
[Elite Charge] Lose all anger, adrenaline, energy, and enchantments. Create Peace at target other ally's location for 5...10 seconds. All foes within peace cannot cast spells that target an ally or attack.
Passion
Impulse- 20 anger points 1 cast
(Surge) target foe takes 5...35 blunt damage. If that foe was attacking, all foes within the area are knocked down. You lose an additional 5 anger for each foe affected by this surge.
Anger Release- 10 anger points 1/4 cast
(Surge) all foes within the area suffer 5...10 damage for each remaining anger point you have. (Maximum 100 damage) for each affected foe you lose 10 anger.
Hate- 20 anger points 1/2 cast
[Elite Surge] all foes within the area suffer 5...15 cold damage for each remaining anger point you have. (Maximum 100...140 damage). You lose 25 energy.
Hellwave- 120 anger points 4 cast
[Elite Surge] create three hell-like pillars at three random foe's locations within earshot for 3 seconds. All foes coming into contact with these pillars will suffer 5...60 dark damage and suffer -1...3 health degeneration for 10 seconds.
Materialized Aggression- 100 anger points 1 cast
(Surge) Create a nightshade at your location. For 5...15 seconds this being will strike any foe dealing damage to you for 5...40 lightning damage.
