Can someone help me with Luxons & Kurzicks?

I'm am near the point in factions where I must choose sides. My old guild that i did some abing with were luxon so I have about 4k faction for them. My new guild is kurzick and I have about 1.5k faction with them. Here's my problem: I'm new not new to GWs but im new to factons and I really want to get my mini black moa chick. I don't know which faction to choose b/c I know I have to go in to both faction's land to harden my egg and get the incubator. Can someone tell me the best way to get these 2 things?

Well, since that involves doing both Befriending quests, I would go Luxon first, since you already have 4k and donating to either one resets the other faction's total.
