Running from SSanctuary to Bone Palace

I know this is possible, but is it possible to do without die-ing? I am not sure if wurm deaths / going into the environment effect that auto kills you counts as deaths, as I am trying for survivor and don't want to risk it. Thanks.

won't work my mate tried it doesn't open unless you've done the quests leading to it otherwise its blocked off.
