They are not totally unwanted, I see people still asking for them. You won't get 100k+, but think 30-40k+ is possible.

30k for req 8..
I'd salvage mods with perf salv, and sell sword seperately.

~40k imo, and yeah, salvage mods with perfect salvage kit.
