Minipets & Hall of Monuments

Do your minipets still get customized? I heard this a month ago when I got the game, but haven't played til now.

yup, they do

It's supposedly being worked on. I'm not doing anything with mine until then.

The change is that they will be customized to your account, not an individual character.

I don't get it. Why can't you just display the minipet and take it down whenever on your character.

When you display the minipet, it does not leave your inventory. I was kind of hoping that it would so I wouldn't have to keep a ton of minipets in storage (yeah, I only have 3 right now, but I have a few birthdays coming up =P). So even if it is displayed, the one character that displayed it can still have it walking around. You cannot "remove" the minipet from your display.

Basically, don't bother adding Minis to the HoM yet. After all, you get no benefit for adding them now (you might as well wait until GW2 comes out to know what you get from your minis before sticking them in there).
