PC on weird Str Shield !

well i was farming with my 55hp and got drop of this :


I never knew str shields can have +1 earth 20% on them, also thinking that warriors could use this kind of shield for tanking makes me think if its worth anything ? ( btw +1 20% cannot be salvaged off )

Merchant food I'm afraid, it's bit more uncommon to get mods like this but shield has very high req, common skin & only single mod.
