I'm planing to send my picture on the halloween contest but I have a problem. The deadline is on the 15th of October, the age requirement for Europe is 18 years. My 18 birthday is on the 16 of October.
The rules says:
Eligibility (age): As of October 1, 2007, contestants must be 13 years of age or older. Due to legal requirements, European contestants must be 18 years of age or older as of that date, or must have a parent or guardian enter in the minor's name.
So if I send the entry will they turn it down (becouse I don't have 18 years as of October 1)? How do they check the age?

You may sent it on your mothers, fathers, brothers or sisters name as long as they are 18+. That perfectly legal just ask if they agree with it.

Yeah, what I would suggest is that you have someone 18 or older endorse or sign the email you send. Just show that you have a guardians consent to send it.

no you just need the consent of the 53 year old woman ( assuming that's your mom or guardian) ....and there is nothing wrong with being 53 
you can also give YOUR ig handle so that people know who you are instead of the lady in question.

her name and age, your mailing address and email to contact you (all) at. You should include that she is sending in the submission for my minor---your name and age, with her consent. You can include your IGN (In Game Name, eg if you character you play is called John Smith you would include my ign is John Smith,or you can use your handle: Aurei)...she should sign it to I guess. (and dont forget to include your submission .....been there, done that before )

Well to be more precise, sending in something under the age is rarely the problem. Its when they try to award you the winnings that legal questions arise - IF any, and IF anyone complains. As much as it says "eligibility" and as of a certain date, a few days isn't a make or break deal. Anyone who follows the fact of law rather than the spirit of the law should be given a very strong, sour look anyway. Poor sods.
