Shadow Shield,q 9,+10 Vs Cold,-2 Stance

As title says,tyrian non inscriptable shadow shield,max armor,req 9,+10 armor vs cold dmg,-2 stance.
I realy dunno nothing about its price,can anyone help?

I know that u cant inscribe any shield with these mods,so prolly its worth at least 1k
