I have all of the campaigns and would like to know which is the fastest to level in.

Agree, factions by far. Though recently created a mesmer in proph, got a run to la then went to kaineng. Ran around with full hench group plus mhenlo and company because of the quest welcome to cantha. Let them do the killing while under a scroll. Not sure how long it was until 20, but did it in a single afternoon.

Definitely Factions. You get 3k exp for walking outside the Monastery and taking two steps.

Yeah Factions, but those fed-ex quests on the mainland are FTL though.
Mortal Amongst Mere Gods
Factions. If you really give it your shot, you're level 20 before you even touch the Mainland of Cantha. All of my Factions characters have been 18-20 before they left Shing Jea Island (And I think I have six or seven Factions characters, for this exact reason.).

Factions is the fastest campain that you can go from 1-20 in so far, if you are a dedicated player you can be level 20 in around 5-7 hours..
