RA & HA reloading all the time

I changed my computer and now every time I enter RA or HA ingame arena, it is downloading the area. What is going on ? how do I stop it ?
It does not happen in PVE areas (there it downloads just one time), it does not happend to the RA & HA area itself, only the ingame arenas. This is realy annoying.

Have you tried doing a -image?

Add -image after the text in the target part of your Guild Wars shortcut, should look something like this after: "C:\Program Files\Guild Wars\gw.exe" -image

Or start and then "execute" forgot the english name

But it work if you copy "C:\Program Files\Guild Wars\gw.exe" -image
