I used something like this to vanquish Elona, but you can mod it to work just about anywhere.
W/Rt
Dragon Slash, Sever Artery, Gash, Sun and Moon Slash, Watch Yourself, Shield's Up, Flail, Death Pact Signet
P/Rt
Defensive Anthem, Spear of Lightning, Wild Throw, Anthem of Flame, Go for the Eyes, Fall Back, Aggressive Refrain, Death Pact Signet
R/Rt
Broad Head Arrow, Savage Shot, Distracting Shot, Antidote Signet, Throw Dirt, Natural Stride, Apply Poison, Death Pact Signet

I used to run a nice build involving [wiki]mark of pain[/wiki] and two rangers+pet+IAS, it was murder really.
A guildie of mine ran axe warriors and a rit with [wiki]weapon of fury[/wiki], heroes like that skill and use it very well.

Some easy pure physical teams are the old B/P teams and the melee with necro support teams.
For pve I like to run with mark of pain, barbs, sometimes order of pain (not so good in ele heavy areas cause they're likely to spike you) and splinter weap. As long as your melee carry some IAS you kill pretty much everything. A MM also counts as melee...

If you're going to be using a physical oriented setup, I would suggested the following dervish hero (on flee)
Arcane Zeal {E}
Dark Fury
Order of Pain
Vow of Piety
Mystic Healing
Watchful Intervention
Faithful Intervention
Blood Renewal
Blood Magic: 10
Wind Prayers: 10 + 1 + 1
Mysticism: 11 + 1
I go with dual 20% faster cast on blood for a weapon, and would use the Windwalker's insignia. +20 AL basically all the time since survivors would just be more health to sac which the monks have to clean up. The only microing you need to do is cast a Faithful Intervention as you zone, and a Watchful Intervention before mobs (60 second duration, very nice).

Kaida the Heartless
Makes Hard Mode a walk in the Park (Not EotN):
R/P x 3
OgkjYtXY5OrSOTx5BrgHy1yNDA
1. Heal as One [E]
2. Call of Protection
3. Lightning Reflexes / Whirling Defense
4. Spear of Lightning
5. Burning Spear
6. Merciless Spear
7. Poisonous Bite / Throw Dirt
8. Charm Animal
N/X x Player (Human)
OABDQjxHTxkVV3gyl5BCNWClBA
1. Finish Him (PvE)
2. Signet of Lost Souls
3. Necrosis (PvE)
4. Pain Inverter (PvE)
5. Spiteful Spirit [E]
6. Reckless Haste
7. Mark of Pain
8. Barbs
Melee Henchman
Interrupt Henchman
Prot Henchman
Heal Henchman
Note that this really only works if your a Necro unless you have some wicked micro skills. If not, just use Racthoh's Dervish in place.

Note that this really only works if your a Necro unless you have some wicked micro skills. If not, just use Racthoh's Dervish in place. I used a similar setup, except that I was one of the Packhunter Rangers and they each used this build:
[card]Spear Of Lightning[/card][card]Blazing Spear[/card][card]Merciless Spear[/card][card]Poisonous Bite[/card][card]Tiger's Fury[/card][card]Heal As One[/card][card]Charm Animal[/card][card]Resurrection Signet[/card]
Each of my heroes had a different variant, one ran [card]Barbed Spear[/card] instead of Blazing, and [card]Disrupting Lunge[/card] instead of Poisonous Bite.
The other ran [card]Disrupting Throw[/card] instead of Blazing, and [card]Wild Throw[/card] instead of Merciless, with [card]Brutal Strike[/card] instead of Poisonous.
I also ran a necro with:
[card]Barbs[/card][card]Mark Of Pain[/card][card]Mark Of Fury[/card][card]Order Of Pain[/card][card]Icy Veins[/card][card]Putrid Bile[/card][card]Signet Of Lost Souls[/card][card]Death Pact Signet[/card].
It all worked together pretty nicely, tore thru single targets, and when Mark of Pain was on an enemy, the AoE was damn impressive.

Monk of Myrodin
I ran something similar to that on my ranger with attributes at spear 12, beast 10+1+2 and expertise 8+1. Should probably work for this setup as well.

Spear Mastery: 12
with 5 spare.
