Is There a 15 energy -1 mod for a staff?

Ok I was in Lions arch when someone was asking for a 15 energy -1 regeneration mod for a staff. I told him there wasn't such a mod for a staff (from my recollection there isn't) and that you can only get such a mod for a focus item or a wand. Have new inscriptions been added lately? I didn't think such a mod existed for a staff. I guess it's possible he was referring to a different mod and I read it wrong.

There always has been one, it's the "Seize the Day" inscription.

Man I never knew that "seize the day" would work on a staff but after double checking the wiki you're right. I feel really bad now because I gave someone the wrong information but thank you for clearing it up for me rpgmaniac. I just wish I hadn't given someone the wrong info I was only trying to help

That's what I meant: there's always been a 15/-1 mod for a staff since inscriptions came out. Either way you meant no harm, no reason to worry. Just an honest mistake.
