Price check on a gold scythe and staff

I have:
Shocking Razorclaw Scythe of Mastery
Max, r9, +1(19%), inscr: To the Pain (+14%, A -10)

and

Insightful Platinum Staff of Fortitude
Max, r12, E+10, 1/2 rec(20%), 1/2 cast water (20%), E +5, hp+30

I assume that the second would be worth more parted out. What about the first? Is there anything I could put on there to make it worth more? I have a fiery and a zealous scythe mod, and I could find a better inscription.

Is the Razorclaw very rare? Would a 15(enchant) make it worth more? If I put one in, what could I reasonably expect for this, and how much could I expect with one of the other mods I mentioned previously?
