avatar in ToA

hello.
i know there are all the "avatars" of the gods in ToA. but Lyssa, Melnadru and Dwayna, don't do anything, it's just Grenth and Balthazar.

so why they are there?

It's a God Gathering. Think of it as the god's guild hall and they let us visit

Talk to Grenth or (i think) Balthasaur to get sent to the underworld or FoW for 1k when the world has favor. type /favor to check.

I'm not sure which god grants access to which area, as i've only been in Fissure of Woe or Underworld a few times.

The other gods there don't do anything special

The females are useless and the males are functional.

Anet only came up with realms for Grenth and Balthy it is a pve'r dream to see Dwayna's, Melandru's and Lyssa's realm

Sure, let's go with that. Balthazar gives access to the Fissure of Woe (Commonly abbreviated FoW) and Grenth gives access to the Underworld (abbreviated as UW). They only let you in because they need true heroes to fix up the mess of their homes and they're too goddam lazy to do it themselves.

Dwayna, Melandru, and Lyssa must be in control of their realms as they don't need your help. Or maybe they're true women that actually do work rather than having someone do it for them like a lazy guy.

does anyone else remember there being some thing a long long time ago about adding in dwaynya, lyssa, and melandru's realms? or did i imagine that. i seem to remember me and my guildies being excited for more after we had played FoW and UW.

I do wonder sometimes what Lyssa's realm is like... Full of chaos, panic and disorder yet still strangely beautiful like a painting by Salvador Dali or a grand piece of abstract expressionism on a truly monumental scale; to most visitors, a place of true madness but to those who can see past or live within the constantly shifting illusions, a place of tranquility.

With Kormir's relatively recent ascendance, I can imagine that something could be happening within the realms of the gods as she takes her place alongside the others. Maybe the other gods will call on us to visit their realms to aid the transitions someday.

Considering that the Avatar Forms for the goddesses are superior to the male ones, thats another clue.

I know there was a lot of hype about there being added realms when anet
was being all hush hush about sorrows furnace. Waaay back when.

But i'm pretty sure that's all died out now, maybe they'll add something maybe they wont.

That was kinda, or you know, really lame.

At least it's not two years old... like some.

Or perhaps the 'female' (personally I don't think the God's have gender, they just put it on for us mortals) realms are also messed up like UW/FoW but those God's are using self help books and their personal network to try to fix things.
