Blue Inscriptable Req. 9 Darkwing Defender

Found this random thing, I know gold req. 9's go for a good catch, does this have any collector value/real value, or should I just use it myself?

Gold req9 goes for about ~100k at the moment.
Could see this ~5k-10k, totally depending if you find someone who doesn't care about the colour.

10k mark...imo

have seen a lot of them go for 20-30k
