I was doing 'the docks' in my level 14 ele tonight and I found it painfull. It didnt help that my son adjusted all my heros to be dervishs with avatar of balzathar but i got it gone.
I was level 15 by the time it was over though the exp just kept coming..
What is anyone eleses story?
Whats the lowest lvel you can be to complete Consulate Docks in H/H?

You get a health of a level 20, however I do believe the damage bonus for the enemies being a higher level is still in effect.

Managed to blast through it with my lvl 15 sin and lvl 16 heroes (and henchies of course).
Just a case of ctrl+shift+space and waiting for the henchies to run ahead of you, and taking a wide berth against the ele boss to avoid AoE damage.

Did it lvl 12 last night. If running solo h/h target calling is imperative and also a good monk build on Dunkuro. LoD helpful also added 2 mesmer interrupts on his bar
Ele boss should be #1 target for his group (rest of bosses are easy) if you get to the stairs with rangers on them let the warriors run up first. If you are a caster they will spike you dead.

lol I always was as high level as possible, except on my survivor, who didn't do the istan master quests till later.

Not really sure. I left LA at lvl7 and I think I was lvl9 by the time I finished consulate docks. I had pre-sear armour for most of that time. Course, I was a ranger using a longbow so there wasn't much a little occasional kiting couldn't take care of. Helps that most of my heroes have full unlocks and I have no problem with flagging them in first while I just sit behind to ping targets for my H/H.

AoB Dervish, and for that matter Mending Wammo, do not hurt the party at all in Normal Mode except maybe in the last few missions. They are not super efficient, but neither are the mobs.
Bad aggro management hurt 10x more than defunct, basic or obvious builds.

could always try it with my naked level 7 ele, but I like using him to ferry
