A PvP Pack Question.

Well I always wondered, You know we all unlock skills with PvP faction to get them using tomes or elite times..
Just wondering if i bought the PvP edition of Guildwars lets say Nightfall from the online store.
Can i use the skills on my heroes or use tomes to get myself in pve?
