Hey you

Here's what im stuck to.

I followed the guide on Wiki I also understand it ( I think )
But when I mod a weapon and test it in game it just shows no skin only the model...

So could anyone tell me what I am doing wrong.
I've also tried replacing my Pvp Axe for my Stygian Reaver but it just stays the Pvp Axe with the no texture just like in the image. ( I use BMP extension )
Help would be really appricated.

It looks like you messed up the alpha layer. Make sure you exported the skin in the dds format and edited it with a program that supports alpha layers (and save it as a dds when you are finished).

but I'm still stuck still the same problem.
immortius you say I messed up the Alpha Layer, but I didnt even touched any layers at all... or is it something I should be messing with?

What I do is:
Go Log mode in Guildwars... spam + until I see my totem axe. press the key to get it in my Out folder.
Close guildwars
I see it there as a .BMP I edit it with GIMP. e.g. I change collors.

Save as : exactly the same name & extension.
Pick the TexMod with Def.
Build the tpf file..

Run the tpf file as any other mod should be runned.

I think I'm forgetting something but I have no idea what it is...
