Alright.. this is likely not going to happen, but I figured I'd give it a shot. Onyx Staves are linked to only 4 possible attributes (Energy Storage, Inspiration Magic, Soul Reaping, & Spawning Power). However, wiki is unclear whether or not this applies to Onyx Scepters as well. I'm guessing it does, but just in case:
