sowing the seeds quest

i have a quest titled sowing the seeds and i can find the areas to plant them but how do i kneel down to sow said seeds?

type in /kneel in the chat box

its an 'emote'

okay i understand that and i have three keys assigned to that but when i press them nothing happens btw i am playing in roleplaying mode if that makes any difference.

okay i got the chat bar up and running but when i type in kneel and hit enter it just states player kneel is not online.
sorry im so slow about all this but this is my first attempt at an online game.

Don't assign hotkeys.

Alright, the problem with "not online" is you typed "kneel" into the whisper menu.

Above the chat there are options to type in local, guild alliance, trade, and whisper chat.
Type in local. Type /kneel

Note, you can also type other things like /dance, /jump, /pickme, /boo, /roar, and MANY MANY other things.

okay still nothing but now when i exit chat the little person icon with the left/right arrow stays on the screen so what am i doing wrong this time?

I'd suggest setting all your options back to the default. You changed what things do, and didn't know what they did before you changed them it seems. The basic functions (movement, skill use, chat, etc.) are all you need to play the game well. If you figure out how all those types of things work, and want to change them to make things easier for yourself, do it after you know what they are.

i went in and changed everything to default but still the problem persists.

type /kneel, the / is important.

You are standing on the green dot, right? Make sure you're in the correct fields when you do it.

okay guys i tried again and it worked i dont know why it did not b4 but trust me it didnt.
