Help !

Aloha,
I want to get r5 deldrimor this weekend for the dwarven armor.
so I was trying to get my heros handbook full , wich I got very late due I didn't knew it even exists xD
and now I've got a problem .. I only miss page n8 and apperently that's
blood washes blood. So I search that up on wiki and it says u need this other quest : flames of the bear spirit , so I think : ok just get to the guy who gets it and take that quest first , now here comes the problem.
the guy who gives the quest doesn't give it anymore ?!
so I was wondering if u guys know how to fix this problem

You rmember the flame you had to light to summon the bear spirit? go straight to that area again and light it, the bear summons and then you take it where the quest says too. and so you know for dwarven points ot the hidden lair of the snowmen dungeon one can average 4-6k an hour there ad with double points thats 8-12k an hour

You might need to talk to the 'eye' of the north, to get the quest again, if you already did it...

You could try going to see the scrying pool in hall of monuments and see if it gives you the quest you want.
