Personally, I'm not seeing the real effects of the paragon change. Sure, GftE is affected, but I don't run AR.
Add in SY as a 2nd shout instead of WY, works just fine. Romped thru 4 dungeons last night (H/H). Plenty of energy.

Anet knows how to take a game and completely rip it apart.
To nerf melee with all the antimelee around is just horrific in my eyes. And to rebuff searing flames. This game is now a button mash game, no skilled players can play.
And how come there isnt a real nerf to sins then. Warriors are looking worse and worse compared to sins now, i guess because sins are a 1-2-3-4 button combo and a warrior requires more like a bull's strike, build adrenaline, and actual smart things to be done.
And Spiritway goes untouched, you basically made N/rts better.
This is bogus.
And the people agreeing with this update saying its good from the bit i read are more pveish. There is more than one crowd of people in this game, how about rebalance this game to where everythings actually fun and enjoyable.
I'm kinda happy I quit 2 weeks before this update. I'm sure this update will influence many more to quit.

Just take Para buffs/e-management/AR, combine them all, and you will answer your own question.
If you'd like to know, most PvPr's have been complaining about Paras for quite a while now, and justifiably so.

Yes paragons were way to powerful when in groups of 8 or even just 4, this was due to combos like chorus of restoration + finale of restoration and go for the eyes/watch yourself, it was simply amazing in big groups and after the nerf.... IT STILL IS ^^

A silent change to Rejuvenation: it doesn't heal those at full health. Still not much consolation to Ritualists. Why it wasn't documented and why Preservation didn't get the same update is baffling.

Back on the topic, I think GW has a habit of forgetting to integrate the new contents into the core game system and effectively exploit them, the cracked armor condition is not exploited as much as deep wound or weakness or daze, the paragon shouts, echos, anthems and dervish forms, has not received as many counter skills (so far only necro has a few counters, but also general purpose skills that counters them, think "Celestial Burden" or "Silence!") might change the fact that over powered skills are not dealt with.
All in all, I think we just need more skills to exploit the system better.

But still the problem remains, not everyone that goes to RA has every expansion (not talking about TA or HA now because, well, a SF build/team would be eventually dealt with there, after a bit of QQ'ing here in the forums).
I guess that, as a prophecies-only player. i will have to be happy to just lay waste on runnes and 55's, and play the "who logs out first" game with SF sins, since Deadly Paradox will never be balanced, looks like.
