Are the Hero's Hanbook and Master Dungeon fill-ups for 100g per page a one-time thing per book type? I don't see anything about a limit on them, but it isn't working for me after the first time.

Yep, just get to do each book once. You will not get the option again after you've done each book, even if it only meant filling in like one or two missions/dungeons. I would recommend putting books in storage, getting new books, and using it on them.

That would make sense. I handed in the hero book, got it renewed, handed in the dungeon book, got it renewed, couldn't get them done again.

Sooo...a total of four grand rewards per player, I'm to assume. Still not too bad. Shot up to R6 Delver from 5, and R7 Agent from R3.
