PC on Gold Bow

Need a PC on this bow I found, almost perfect, but not sure what I should be selling it for:
Sundering Stoneshard Hornbow of Fortitude
15-28 damage
armor pen 20% (20% chance)
Health +30
Damage +14%^50

if its inscribable, just perf salvage out the 14>50 and add a 15>50

..If not, strip the mods and merch the bow if you dont intend on using it

It is inscribable, but I just have a quick question about the 14^50 and 15^50, not sure if I can ask it here, but is there really a difference between the two? its only 1%.

If I add the 15^50, what could I sell it for?
