With the new update it has removed customization. Dedicated meens that the mini pet has been displayed on a HoM Hall of Monuments. It can only be displayed on 1 HoM. These pets are tradable and fully usable to everyone.
You can take out a dedicated mini pet and use it like any other mini pet thats not allready dedicated. Awesome Update thanks ANET for a change.
