PC on a good Gold Deadly Cesta please

i found this deadly cesta last night

dmg 11-22 (req.8 deathmagic)
5 energy (while health is above 50%)
Improves Casting speed (8%)


i was wonder if this was worth much since it has some nice things on it and low req.

it has a lot higher req. and it has air magic wich might be very useless. so it doesnt reall help but thnx anyhow

i think it can go up to 50k
since SF MM might need it
