Had it a while now, not seen another one since.... Wiki says something about it being a special drop.. can anyone confirm just where these drop..

its going to get into the 100k and ecto range but I am not sure how popular the skin is going to be. I definately wouldn't sell it for less than +20e though and I can see it going for more, req 8 perfect sheilds are extreemly popular on the high end forums atm
