what do you use these for and also valor commendations as i have quite a few of them and can find no discernable for any of it.

There's a few collectors in Shing Jea Monastery that collect the monastery credits.

You can get all sorts of goodies, such as ID kits, salvage kits, keys, ales, etc.

Speak to the quartermasters in Shing Jea Monestary and they will give you "supplies" for them. Bags, salvage kits, keys, booze, etc.

They were introduced to assist new players with basic stuff, like ID kits.

Your looking for a Monastery Quartermaster to trade them in for stuff.. Some useful other not really.

If you sell them ask for atleast 100g
