I want to install the "Cartography made easy" mod from here

I looked all over yet I still can't find any instructions on how to install it... can anyone plz explain to me how, or lead me to instruction?

mb reading on gw-wiki? just type in "tex mod" or "texture"

You can't edit the actual client, but you can run mods using texmod. This link will help you.
