This one is actually do-able with arcane mimicry. have one HB monk and give AM to the WoH monk. If healers boon is activated once then again before arcane mimicry ends, the WoH monk will be able to keep it up 90% of the time. ( tested in HA 2 nights ago, it works. )

It IS possible. Just use Mimicry on spells that last for 60 secs or so, so you wont worry with the cooldown.
