Looking for laid back AB Guild

I've been playing this game since June, and the only thing I really do on it anymore is Alliance Battles. This is a problem because the guild I'm currently in isn't at all focused on PvP. I seem to be the only person standing between the daily faction tax and my guild's ranking these days, and I'm getting tired of it. I want to join a guild that is very active in the PvP realm, and especially Alliance Battles. I currently have a hard time finding people in my guild to AB with, and since we aren't in an Alliance, it's even harder.

I have a rank six Luxon title, ~1.3 million donated. I'm currently playing around with a Paragon character, but I also have builds for Necros, Mesmers, Eles, Rangers and I have every single Assassin skill unlocked already. I want to find a guild that doesn't have faction donation requirements (I'm a student afterall), but does actively AB and is always willing to party up for it. I don't do much RA or TA, never tried HA or GvG, mostly b/c I'm working on maxing out my Luxon title.

I usually play at night, any time between 8pm and 8am. I play often, and on days when I am playing GW I'm usually donating 15-20k faction to my guild. I do have periods of inactivity during the semester when I get bogged down with class work, but that's wholly unavoidable. I am experienced with all the maps (obviously), and I understand the tactics necessary to win each map. I consider myself a good ABer, if there is such a thing.

I don't do much PvE, and I doubt I will be asking for help at any time from guild members. I will also be bringing with me to the guild that picks me up my roommate, who has played the game off and on for two plus years now. He's much more experienced than I am, and was an officer in my current guild until he took a break from the game for awhile (mostly because of a lack of confidence in said guild). I am 22 years old, male, US and he is 23 years old.
