PC on Platinum Blade

Farming norn points in Varajar Fells i got a nice new gold drop, and i was wondering if anyone could tell me what it might be worth.

It's a max dmg gold, inscr req9 platinum blade

Would it also be better to buy max upgrades and sell it like that, or would it be more of a loss due to the relatively high price of sword upgrades?

~20k, making it ''perfect'' as in 20/20 & +30HP won't raise the price normally but occasionally some are willing to pay more if item is modded.
