problem with pc will make me banned...

my pc crashes sometimes, not that often but the game crashes also. this makes anet to count it as if i abadoned the team, when in fact i never abadon a team. i am in pvp all the time and this is a problem...i don't think there is a solution (exept buying a new pc, which will happen in a 3-4 months), but i don't know how to contact anet either. at least for not to cout the crashes as abadon. i play 2 years guild wars and i never abadoned any team, i get angry when my pc crashes and on top i get dishonor...

The only option is to warn the team ahead of time, but I'm pretty sure that anyone would grow frustrated with someone leaving for whatever reason, particularly PvP, since you undoubtedly need every person to do their part. I'd suggest getting your comp checked out (assuming it meets the min. reqs) or buying a new one, like you said. I'm not sure that ANet logs would be able to indicate the difference between a computer crash and rage quitting.

If you're crashing that often then I feel that you should stay away from PvP for the time being. When you crash you hurt the team. Whether you intended to hurt them or not doesn't matter. They still suffer from you not being there.
You may need to buy a newer PC or you may be able to just upgrade your memory or graphics card. Talk to a computer expert before spending any money.

Yeah can you at least TRY and figure why it crashes before going into PVP again please.

You won't get banned for leaving or leeching. You'll get dishonorable, but you won't get banned.

What's your RAM? My computer always used to crash while playing GW until I updated RAM, and then never crashed again...
Just check all your specs, and maybe reformat. Your PC shouldn't just crash for no reason.
