I would like to see some type of reward for major experience, say 20 or 25 million on one character. Perhaps a special "glow" to them in towns, or something on the cape, or a different color to their displayed name???

Maybe when Anet fix the problems then add cosmetics but i don't really think another way for 12 year olds to gloat they spend more time on GW while we have work is needed

Yes, there would be some experienced players who get recongnition... but then there would also be the fff's, gold farmers, and bots. Why would we want to give bots recognition?

why is everything about bots? geez i bust my butt on this game for 8-10 hours a day, but its all about bots. like a bot is gonna display a title anyway

yeah but this can be afk'd...such as the mission Jennur's Horde where you can just AFK and groups will come and your heroes can kill them all day long.

Also, people will base FOW/UW/Other farming groups based on this title and it will just be like HA, where casual players cannot participate.

If you really want a special glow on your character, just buy some chaos gloves. Problem solved.
