Rangers w/ shields

I'm searching for a shield to match my current setup, but for some reason I'm having trouble finding a skin that matches AND doesn't look weird on rangers (many skins float off the arm, looking ridiculous). Of course, I'm pickier than most... but I pay good money to look good, and I'm not going to slack off when it comes to shields.

Here's my ranger, shield-less as ever:


So, what I'm looking for is some ideas (and preferably screenshots) of what could look good on him.

Also, I'd like to see the following shields held by a male ranger: Gothic Defender, Guardian of the Hunt, Bladed Shield/Buckler, Tall, Gloom

EDIT: Using a Gloom for now... still very interested in seeing the others I listed.

Pretty much all shields I can think of float off of the arm, because helps deal reduce some clipping errors. Also just easier graphically generally etc

I've tried some that don't float, or their float is hidden by the curvature of the shield.

I can also show you ornate shield, plagueborn, plated shield, Aureate Aegis (floats mad though),Reinforced Defender, scarabshell agies or lotus shield if you want.

Thanks for those, I'd prefer one that's less eyecatching/bright though. I thought a Stone Summit Shield would fit perfectly, but the back half of it hangs/floats off the arm crazily.

If anyone has the skins I listed, please post 'em (or let me try them on if you don't have a male ranger).
