PC on Bronze Shield req 8

Back in October 2006, just before NF came out, I got this beauty while Shiro'ken slaying (which got nerfed soon after). I had it PC'd at 40k, but the market has changed a lot. Does anyone know it's value? Thanks in advance

10-30k imo. This will be hard to sell, as most shield collectors don't want imperfect shields, and +60/hexed is fairly impractical for pretty much anything. Its only redeeming factor is the req really, so your target audience would be people just beginning a shield collection, who want a req 8.
