When you load up the .pdf file it asks if you want to display a multimedia file or something. I think the form itself is the multimedia file, it's animated and such.

True, but that is all the flash in adobe does.

After that you get a email that you need to confirm .. then just wait for the email with code... I got it after about 2 hours.

I never got a confirm email. I entered my info, pressed send, and it said congrats, check your inbox for your free code. I logged into my email and there my code was. Took about 10 minutes total. I'm glad I had my laptop in my truck so I could get one while here at work

This is the problem with ANET offering prizes like this through promotions and such is that since there is a limited number of them, most of the ones who recieve the item instantly try to find a get-rich-quick scheme for it...

Try checking the code from your email vs the one you entered. If you wrote it down wrong, it will say code in use. A couple people have done that in this thread and re-entered the code and it worked.
