Can rangers do everything? Help us find out!

The Melandru Project [TMP] is a newly formed guild with a unique purpose; to discover and expand the capabilities of the Ranger profession until absolutely anything can be done without using a single other class. Maybe someday we'll do just that, maybe not, but we're sure to have an experience on the way. We need both experienced people to help with experiments and relative newcomers to the game.

We'll try to help our members as much as possible, by providing both experience to help you make the most of your Ranger and resources to help you construct exciting new experimental builds - who knows? We might broaden the Rangers' horizons even more than the game designers originally intended.

We're a European-based guild, currently with members hailing from the UK and Sweden (2 members total). We're also Luxon, but faction-farming isn't important to us (although builds that enable you to faction farm extremely effectively with rangers are).

This is not just a guild for rangers. This is a guild for expanding and synergising rangers and teams of rangers, not until they can stand toe-to-toe with a multi-profession team, but until they can beat any combinations of non-rangers they can throw at you. Ambitious, but even if we only manage to create competent teams of rangers, it should be exciting and entertaining to try.

We're currently PvE- and AB-oriented, but as we get more builds this will expand to include farming, Elite Missions, TA, HA and even GvG. Hopefully you can help us build up to this.

While we will accept any experience levels, there are a couple of things we'll require of you:

- Joining the forum (We've got one) is pretty much compulsory. That's where we keep all our experimental data and the builds that are tested, and where you can submit new ones.

- At least one of your characters must be a ranger, of course, and you should play that character more often than any others. We don't mind if you use other professions from time to time, but don't expect as much help with them as with rangers.

- We don't have rigid socialising rules; as long you're not a total pratface and participate to a reasonable extent you'll be fine.

- To get the most out of our guild, it's best to own all four games, as many builds have skills that come from multiple campaigns.
