I must say that I haven't really been affected by the recent "nerfs" that effected Rits, so my answer would be yes.

1. -50hp on spirits really only impacts a few spirits (mainly defensive) that I don't use and since I do not set spirits like Bloodsong or Vampyrism on top of each other and usually set behind the frontline, it doesn't really effect them either.
2. Changes in cast time for Spirit Rift were unfortunate, but there are a number of other skills out there that can be used to replace it in many builds and other people continue to use it.
3. Splinter weapon lasting only 20 seconds is no big deal since it usually doesn't last that long in a fight if used correctly anyways.

What do you mean "worth it"? What exactly do you want to "get" out of making a Ritualist? Fun? Profit? Ladies?

I'd suggest making one, seeing if you have fun, and then judging from there.

i agree with both of them. -50 health on spirits is no big deal. spirits are very passive anyways, and this "nerf" will only affect you if you use alot of defensive spirits, and i'm sure we all agree that the rit lord build is very mindless and overpowered.

i'm a little disappointed with the spirit rift nerf...it's pretty much deader than dead, but, yeah, much better skills out there. no big deal.

and as long as splinter weapon is 5 energy and 5 recharge i'm perfectly fine.

and to paraphrase Oso, try it and see if you like. delete if you're bored. it's a game! have fun!
