This staff dropped for me the other day. Here are the stats:
Insightful Celestial Staff of Enchanting
Halves skill recharge of spells (20%)
Energy +10
Halves casting time of spells (10%)
Energy +5
Enchantments last 20% longer
Any idea on a price for this? I thought it would be good for an SS/SV necro. Thoughts? Thanks!
