% bonuses stack or not?

focus item with the same.

do they give just one 20% chance of reducing cast time or do they stack?

They stack but it's only 36% not 40%

those bonuses stack fully and are not limited
some other bonuses are limited to certain amounts and won't stack beyond that

Yeah, 36% hct is great =). My monk has that plus 20% hsr healing. Virtually makes healing seed spammable.

With two 20% HCTs, you have a 32% chance of half cast time and a 4% chance of quarter cast time.
