How to sell a guild hall?

I'm sorry if there is already a post with the answer to this question, if there is I didnt see it.

Anyhow, I had a guild and it had a hall and I hated the name of the guild so I transfered my guild to me boyfriend and I was wondering if there is a way he can sell his hall to me? Like we bought a sigil from the guild hall guy and got an Imperial, but is it possible to sell it back to me?

The guild hall goes with the guild, as far as I know.

Nope, you could always be the alliance leader and invite your old guild just to keep your guild hall though

or simply make new guild with same hall?

There is no way, once you traded the sigil, to un-align the guild hall you purchased with your guild or get your old sigil back.

But really, Sigil's aren't expensive any more and have not been so for a long time, especially true if you actually have a use for one. I wasted money on mine ages ago when they cost a lot (well before the release of Factions), but I had nothing better to spend the gold on. If you purchased many of the high gold guild services for a guild you didn't want to keep then oh well - think of that before spending hundreds of plat next time.
