can anyone help with finding this guy?

hey all, I can't seem to find this old one Siliss Yasith in the Arid Sea. I get to where the green marker shows he is, but I can't seem to find him.He seems to be up in the mountain, but I can't find a way to him. Any ideas?

as you enter the area from the North (from Augery Rock), stick to the left-hand wall (east me thinks). Go towards the marker when it's directly west from you, that should enable you to climb the mountain.

I can't remember who it is, but there is a serpent guy on some hill where the dinosaurs roam.

There is another serpent guy that is on a moutain that has a statue bridge across two mountains. This is where the giants roam.

With this guy, you have to go to the East mountain and climb it. Then walk across the giant statue across to the other mountain where the snake guy is.

My descriptions are very vague I know, but that is because it has been a very long time since I've done that quest.

Check out the map. I found the bottom approach to be quite simple.
