Faction skills

When you unlock a skill with Kurzick or Luxon faction, is it an account wide skill or just for that character? I'm working on getting my first level of the faction title and I want to know if I'll have to drag my dervish thru the campaign to get the dervish skill.

if you are talking about the pve-only skills, it is character only.
but if you do AB or FFF, it is not that much of a stretch.

faction title is account based - if you donate 100k faction on one char then its registered as 100k donation for all chars on that account. You will still need to buy dervish skill with your dervish but you won't have to regrind

Bah, I'd hoped that because your faction is account based, so would the skills. Thanks for the info.
