Question to the devs: is there anything we do not know?
Coridan
there is a cow lvl i seen a screen shot of it.
Government Flu
If you beat all 4 games with 8 characters that are all over a year old, you can unlock the original NES version of Guild Wars.
Konrow
If things were meant to be hidden or hard to find, why would they tell us about it?

Yeah, not much of a secret.

Of course there are things we don't know. It wouldn't be as fun, otherwise.

I would have to say everything that needs to be found, is found.
Guild Wars is such a small game with a large amount of players, as opposed to games like EQ, where the overworld is completely ginormous and maybe 85% of all the content in the game has been experienced by anyone, whereas probably about 15% no one in the entire game has even touched. There's no lvl40 mobs anywhere that would prevent people from getting to a distant outpost with free FoW armor or something.
In conclusion, every town and easter egg, has been found, every dungeon has been completed, every weapon skin has been achieved.

This is fantastic. This discussion heated up, and poof! There's a boss (or NPC, or whatever) we didn't know about but was there, but didn't spawn. So there actually are more secrets
But A-net didn't tell, so:

(Although the Minus World from SMB is debated to be either...)
Copse Specter
There is a spawn of Lvl 23 White Rabbits, nasty things with sharp pointed teeth.

I'm thinking of stuff like a purpose for that asura guy who uses the leaves as ears, or another special pet like the rainbow phoenix, that spawns in some hard-to-get conditions. it would be cool to get an answer. |

I'll say this:
- I did not see any new minis in the DAT file.
- Yes, there is stuff that didn't make it into the game (lots of Nightfall places)
- Yes, there are weapon names that don't exist in the game (and have been in there for a while so not DAW weapons)
- Yes, there is new content upcoming (think new mini-quests like the BMP)
- Anet has said they won't implement an "Auctionhouse" in GW -- but that doesn't preclude them working on something similar that may or may not make it into the game (been in the works for a while, but I keep seeing string changes for it)
- At one point in time there were some GvG builds name "I hate Izzy" but they sadly dissappeared before I thought of looking for the actual build codes (I just saw the strings and made a note to look for it later)

Bad things happen to people who find ANet's secrets.

There is an item, only the devs know what it is. We know it is in the game, but no player has found it yet...
We know where it will be discovered: Zaishen Chest

There are some weirdnesses or minor easter eggs. Like that there are two traders, one in Prophecies and one in Nightfall, with names that are variations on Jake King, and the "Baptiste said 'full chakra'" text on the inside of mhenlos armor (later removed), and Eves thong (likewise).
There are some apparent loose ends. My favourite mystery is the weird circle of standing stones in Talmark Wilderness, surely a remnant of some quest that never got implemented; and the 3 blocked teleports in Flame Temple Corridor (which allegedly leads to Drascir, the former capital of Ascalon).
But is there any presently existing in-game content *no-one* has discovered yet? I doubt it. Consider that people discovered the Polar Bear, and that there are plenty of people who are sifting through the code using debuggers.

The thing is that, for now, if there are unannounced items, I'd doubt that there'd be much of a reason for it to vanish (as new ones are no longer available) like the Mini Polar Bear. Hopefully, there won't be much of a need to worry about something like that again, which I suppose is what the OP was trying to get at.

During the Dunes of Despair (Mission) you can tame the enchanted hammer when he spawns with the title dune lizard on his name tag. You just need to type / pretty please then cast charm animal I named mine “custodian dufus”
