When knowledgeable asura is highlighted in quest log, Voix Falls is highlighted on the map. Nothing in Viox updates the quest.

You need to take the quests from the three NPC's on the platform, you can grab all or do one at a time.

You should have 3 quests listed under Primary Asura Quests:
Finding Gadd
Lab Space
A Little Help

Finish all three and they're subsequent quests and it'll update.
