Ok, so I know about the FoW and UW monuments that you can put in your HoM after you do all the quests, but are there others? Like for doing all of sorrow's and DoA?

There's one for beating the real Factions endboss...mini Shiro.
He's in a random chest after beating all the campaigns, so I'm not surprised that I'm the only one who has that monument.

If you have poor depth perception and can't tell it's mini Shiro, he has a moustache just so you know.

There might actually be real groups doing tombs if they added that, not just b/p.

I've already finished To Sorrow's Furnace and Final Assault, but the only quest the prospector wants to give me is Final Assault. How do I get my statue then if they aren't retroactive?

I'm not 100% sure I understand your situation, but you have to complete Final Assault after the date that the HoM became live (late Sept. sometime) to be able to get a statue for it. Same for the elite areas. So if you haven't done Final Assault since then, just accept the quest and do it again now and you'll get your statue for it.
