It still does. No, the problem is that the Lightbringer title and its skills didn't work at all in DoA. It happened the same time they fixed the Slavers' mobs to not be vulnerable to it.

The update simply makes Gaze and Signet work against DoA mobs now. Quite simple really unless i don't understand the question.
