No Loitering In The Guild [Hall]

Hi, I'm still pretty new at Guild Wars, so bare with me.

The bonus for the Bloodstained Insignia is "Reduces casting time of spells that exploit corpses 25% (Non-stacking) ". Does this mean I only have to have it attached to one piece of armour to get the bonus? I know that defensive Insignia only affect the piece that they're on, but this doesnt apply to Bloodstained does it?

Anyway thanks!

You have to attach it to one part of your armor, for example your boots, and it'll always be in effect when you wear them.

yep, thats what most people do, cause they save the upper parts for armor,

hint* attach it to a death magic headpiece with a death magic rune. you only need it for death magic builds. same as you would do with stone fist on a hammer headpiece.
